As the dedicated Medical Provider at Prolong Medical Center, Jared Taylor, PA-C, brings a wealth of specialized knowledge and extensive experience to patient care. A proud 2008 graduate of Kettering College, Jared has been committed to the field of men’s health since 2011, helping patients achieve optimal wellness and vitality.

Prior to specializing in internal medicine, Jared completed a rigorous three-year medical residency at Kingman Regional Medical Center, gaining comprehensive, hands-on experience in internal medicine and family practice. This diverse clinical background provides a strong foundation for managing complex health needs.

Extending his service to those who serve our country, Jared worked as a medical provider for military service members from 2010 to 2019. In this role, he conducted crucial pre- and post-deployment physical and mental health assessments. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in establishing the LIFT clinic at Lackland Air Force Base to provide acute care services to members of the military and their families.

In addition to men’s health, Jared is a highly experienced Certified Medical Examiner, providing DOT Physical examinations with over 10 years of expertise, ensuring compliance and safety for professional drivers.

At Prolong Medical Center, Jared is proud to offer a comprehensive range of services, including specialized Men’s Health and Urinary Incontinence treatments, mHBOT (mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy), DOT physical exams, and Medical Assisted Weight Loss. Beyond the clinic, Jared is a proud father of five children, two of whom have followed in his footsteps by entering the medical field in nursing, underscoring a deep, personal commitment to healthcare and service.

Hyrum Taylor is a dynamic healthcare management professional with over two decades of expertise in wellness consulting, corporate training, and business development. Working as a Wellness Consultant at Prolong Medical Center, his role involves more than just treatment—it’s about crafting a unique roadmap for your health. Hyrum works closely with patients to develop comprehensive plans and administer targeted medical treatments, empowering you to achieve your wellness goals.

Holding a B.S. in Psychology from Southern Utah University, Hyrum combines a robust academic foundation with exceptional skills in financing solutions and program management.

Outside of work, Hyrum is an avid tennis enthusiast, a passionate musician, and a devoted family man, bringing the same energy and commitment to his personal pursuits as he does to his professional endeavors.

Nephi is a key member of our team, leveraging over four years of experience in clinic operations and specialized wellness technology. He functions as both our administrative expert and technician for EMSELLA and mHBOT (mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy). Nephi’s expertise ensures the highest standards of care and efficiency in every interaction.
